Thermometer that won’t take a temperature after I changed the batteries

    I bought a brand new thermometer and it gave me the same message after activation. What it means? Do I have to return my thermometer back in the shop?

    same thing happened to me- I get bad battery icon + "go to thermo,withings.com" - did you get any answer? what can be done?

    I wrote to the support with attached video clip how I reproduce this bug and I’m waiting now for a resolution.

    Support helped me and now it works. They told me to do that:

    “ Thanks for your response and for your patience.

    Could you please try to uninstall the Thermo app, reboot your mobile device, install the Thermo app, install the Thermo, and take a measurement.”

    I think I had a different version of the app as they changed a from Withings to Nokia and back.

    I just got my new Thermo and it also shows 'GO TO THERMO.WITHINGS.COM'. I followed the installation process outlined in this article https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/222420347 and my device began to take my measurement.

    J’utilise des plies neuves et le thermo m’indique qu’il n’a pas de piles...
