    After updating my iOS version I encountered similar Bluetooth issue but I was able to get it sorted out. You may check this article: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035175894-Health-Mate-iOS-App-Important-information-about-iOS-13. I hope this helps.

    Thanks a bunch Raven... however, didn't help. My iphone doesn't even "see" my withings. In fact, looks like the problem is the iPhone's update.

    I’m still having Bluetooth issues after allowing Bluetooth, location on “Always”. The app is continually looking for my watch. It even asked me to turn on Bluetooth sometimes. I’ve read all about the new update. And put everything in place.
