    Come on Withings?! No answer to this for fourteen days? Fix the download problem, your product is broken.

    Are you using a VPN? I am downloading my data twice a month and I always receive the email. You might wanna check your email settings or your spam and junk folder. You may contact them directly at https://within.gs/t/f4b6908 if the issue persists.
