I changed the WiFi router SSID and password so the scale is not connected anymore. After trying to change somehow the connectivity details, I decided that the best option would be to do a factory reset.
But it seems I cannot do a factory reset. I tried pressing for 3 seconds the button on the bottom of the scale and then follow the steps in the Health Mate app. I even deleted the old link I had between the scale and the app.
And now, after trying a few times, it does not start at all. It does not show anything on the screen.
