I am a long time withings customer with the first withings scale still in use and the original bp cuff, that is not working, so I bought the new bpm connect.
I had to call support because readings from the last 2 week international trip did not sync with my account. The reason was that I was not clicking the button on the cuff when it was displaying my user profile name 'phil'. My scale says my name because it recognized me. I thought cuff was doing same.
My advice: if the cuff is seeking approval of the user profile displayed, please put a '?' at the end so I know my input is needed.
