During a support call today, I was told that only the last 6 measurements are stored when the cuff is not able to connect to the cloud. I was shocked.
Once support sorted my issue....it seems I was not confirming my user profile name....then the cuff sent the latest 10 readings. Happy I got something more than 6, but unhappy I lost 1 week of readings between sept 29 and Oct 6. Also, since the support rep said 6 and I got 10, I am not convinced we are on the same page. Possible the support rep got it wrong? I am pretty convinced there is a whole week lost because I have been checking every day or so since 22-Sept when I received my new BPM connect.
Surprised by the constraint. I suggest you make a trade off and let the unit store 100 and/or convey to the user that the memory is full before overwriting the last measurements. I had no idea. Now my report to my doctor is not complete.
Further, it would be helpful to display all of the un-sync'd readings so the user can at least write down the measurements if the memory becomes full.
