    I can't find the link today - I hope they haven't removed this option. Was one of the main reasons I have their products

    Go to settings> select your name on the top> go to section manage my data... Please let me know if works for you.

    I wonder if there is a way to contact the company other than this and e-mail, to which they don't respond.

    Have you tried to download it through the app? I can confirm that it does not work on the webpage since some time back. Like you I have only managed to download it the first time. I have not tried the app my self.

    Still not working for me either - not through the web app, not through the Android app, not after clearing cookies / browsing history, not by using a different browser (MS Edge vs. Google Chrome), and not by use of the suggested direct link that Colin Ratcliffe posted some months ago. The feature is completely broken! I've opened a ticket with Withings support - we'll see what they say.

    Try this link - works for me. Use it every week. If you are using the old "Nokia" URL - it no longer works for me.

    Same behavior here as well. I can request data download as many times as I want, but I never get the email telling me that my file is ready. Nothing helps the situation, either - clearing cookies had no effect; opening HealthMate in an incognito tab didn't help, using Colin's direct link to the export page didn't help.

    I even tried requestng the data export while logged in via Microsoft Edge vs. Google Chrome. Still nothing. (Mind you, I've checked several times to ensure that my email address on the Withings site is correct. It is.)

    I've beat up on the customer support techs - told them they need to escalate the issue to development so it can be investigated properly.

    Check in SPAM, also make sure you have the following email address in your contacts as a trusted sender. For me it normally takes from a few seconds to 5 minutes at worst for the email to be delivered.

    Still no notification email. I have *ALWAYS* checked spam - the notification doesn't land there, ever. I even changed the email address on my account - got the email to confirm the change, but still haven't received the email that data are ready to download. Not at the old email address, not at the changed one. The Withings address was already on a whitelist (previous email account); the email from Withings to confirm the email change came through, so Withings emails aren't blocked at the new address either. 

    I keep looking for some kind of setting on my Withings account which would prevent sending emails, but haven't found one.

    I've tried using the link Colin Ratcliffe provided, but it didn't help even after changing the email address. Waited several hours to see the download-data email, but no luck.

    The issue remains - for my account, at least.

    Here's another suggestion:

    First, go here to request the download

    https://account.withings.com/export/my_data?selecteduser=12345678

     

    Wait a few minutes, and even if you don't get your email, go here. I've found this link can get at your latest ZIP file

    https://account.withings.com/archive/user_data?selecteduser=1234678&b=user_data

     

    As before, change 12345678 to your user#

     

    If the download works, it is an email problem - could be at your end or theirs

    If the download does NOT work, it is THEIR problem (well, I guess it's yours since you aren't getting the data, but it is their fault)

    Colin - You were absolutely right! By using the second link you provided (edited to incorporate my own user number), I was able to download the full set of data, going back to last fall when the notification emails stopped! So you're right - it's definitely an email issue. 

    How and where the email is going awry, I still need to beat up on Withings to determine. At least now I know I can retrieve the data, whether or not I get the notification.

    The generating of the zip-file worked perfect. Downloading was also no problem.
    The only problem now is, to get all my data out of the two-byte large zip-file. :-((

    I there still anyone at work on withings who has the knowledge to fix this?

    as shahrzad says above this "settings> select your name on the top> go to section manage my data" does work, it is a terrible UX that hides it, and even after having done it six months ago, I forgot and am right back here because it is not intuitive.

    i get that they don't want to make it the typical way you access it, and to use their interface but if they don't want to keep answering emails and dealing with these help searches; reconsider that experience please withings team!

    copying my user number into the XXXXXXX

    but no sign of the data in my email yet. Shockingly bad website interface and reading through the thread this issue has gone unresolved for over 2 years. I also have garmin fitness tracker, its a 10sec operation to download any of my data from them. 

    my amazon review will be scathing

    its still not an easy process and if not for colin link in above response there was no way of directly downloading.

    review likely to be improved, only starting using withings in last few weeks so haven't made up my mind yet
