After just over 30 days of successful use, I kept getting error 201 when the cuff would start to inflate but not get to pressure in a certain amount of time. When I finally got to someone at support they kept asking me to do all manner of things as though I had never used the product successfully. I am now awaiting for a day or two to have a senior support person contact me to present my options. The thing is broken and I need them to just take it back, fix it or ship me a new one and take this one back. Empower your support people to do the right thing. I was on the phone with the support person for over 20 minutes with no resolution. Stand behind your product and replace it and stop trying to blame the user who has been successfully using it for over 30 days. I was waiting for them to have me stand on one foot, look north and put my finger on my nose. It is insulting and frustrating and I need the device to check my BP.
