Too difficult to get warranty honored

    Roman, I have the same problem trying to get a watch replaced or fixed. Withings support wants to blame the charging cable, but I have another watch that’s working and have proven the cable is fine, so now support has to invent another hoop for me to jump through. I’m looking for evidence that anyone has ever received a replacement from Withings.

    Me, too.  Same problem with cuff.  Withings support eventually sent me back to the retailer, who they said would honor the warranty?  Guess what?  The retailer refused to do so.  I'm posting to let others know they don't honor their warranty.
