I've been using an Omron device for years and it works great and is similar to what my Dr office reads. I was really excited about using a smaller wireless device which could automatically track my progress via the Android App. Unfortunately, the BPM Connect is consistently about 20 points higher on the systolic and 10-ish points higher on the diastolic. I see there are many others in Amazon reviews and here on the forums having the same problem. I was about to return the device to Amazon today but I thought I would give Withings a chance to correct the problem. So, Withings, is there a solution? Is THIS device faulty (needing a replacement)? Is there a calibration process? Or should I return the device for refund?
Thanks,
Trevor
