Update: It's been a week. No response. So, I just initiated the return with Amazon. I don't want to forget and get stuck paying for it. Good luck to the others...

I have the exactly same problem. And I had this exactly same problem with the previous model. Is there any solution? I really would like to keep the device but reading this I start to give up.

I have this problem too. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I began switching my meds all around to try to bring it down. I just wrote to Withings support. Unfortunately I didn't buy through Amazon.

Same issues here. Also began meds before a surgery. While I. Surgery my blood pressure dropped dangerously low and was kept in ICU for 5 hrs so that I could recover from the low blood pressure - NOT the surgery.

    Same here.
So much so I went to GP today to compare.
    Got normal readings only twice.
Compared to original BPM which was accurate, this Connect mode is very inconsistent.

    Will return for refund soon.

I purchased this as my 1st BP Monitor. I was shocked to see readings so high. I watched all of the official Withings videos and carefully read all of the instructions. I get consistently high readings 20-15 high on symbolic and 10-poins high on dystolic. I tested the BP Connect against two other traditional battery powered BP monitors and the reading from those two units were much lower and in line with what my physician gets. This is unfortunate as it was very easy to setup, I like the functionality and features of this product but none of that matters if it can't provide reliable and cocitant results. Returning to Amazon while still in my return window.

Had dr appointment today. Their reading was 135/83. BPM Connect reading moments later on same arm was 175/108. Anybody have any luck with calibration or support from withings?

I’d like my money back but they won’t give it. I tried all the calibration options they have and nothing works.

I have the exact same issue:

    Systolic: +20 mm/Hg

Diastolic: Between +5 to +10 mm/Hg too high.

The only thing I have found is that no tighten the cuff as much seems to yield lower result.

What are the calibration instructions and how can you get them? Has anyone had any luck with them?

I returned the first one, and picked up a 2nd one cheaper.

    Same issue.
I then tried a tighter fit, and it gave a normal reading.
    Haven’t tried since.
Thermo has less issues. But app is poor.

20 mm too high on ours too... confirmed by multiple side-by-side tests in doctors office vs. their device.

At my doctors automated cuff I got 120/81 and 124/83 in two consecutive readings. Immediately tested on the BPM Connect and got 145/94 and 141/91!! Are you freaking kidding me!!?! I have a $100 useless toy.

I also have the same problem.   Diastolic readings are 8-12 mmHg higher than my older device.   This based on testing on multiple days, at the same sitting each time.

I just went out and purchased an Omron monitor and it's giving me very similar results to my doctor's office. Side-by-side, there is no comparison.  The Withing's monitor is always higher.

Same problem for me. Diastolic is about 20 points higher than the readings by my doctor and cardio rehab lab.

I have a similar problem. My systolic reading using Withings is 20 mmHg lower than both my ReliOn and my doctor's measurement. I am borderline high blood pressure but Withings shows I am low to normal blood pressure.

I purchased this device as well back in January 2022 and am having the exact same issue. It is consistently about +20 off compared to a reading at the doctor's office or from another blood pressure monitoring device. Unfortunately, I did not care to test this out until recently and am now past the return window. I now own a $100 piece of garbage. The incorrect readings will shock you and trigger high blood pressure out of frustration and annoyance. What a waste of money. I feel bad for people who rely on accurate blood pressure monitoring where their life depends on it. If they purchased this device and are unaware of the incorrect reading, it could be a matter of life and death. It sure gave me quite a number of unnecessary frights before I figured out that the issue was not my blood pressure, but the Withings BP Connect device itself. It's quite shameful that Withings refuses to address this. I will never buy another one of their products.
