    Have you tried turning off the Bluetooth, rebooting your phone then turning the Bluetooth back on? If you still can't install your scale, it will be better to get help from the Withings support using this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    I have exactly the same issue on my Body+ and went through factory reset + account removal + reinstall of the app with no avail.

    Withings support only asking me to try to reinstall it on another device (that I do not have). This is a shame for a company selling 100$+ "connected" scale ...

    tia126 did you find a way to fix the issue by yourself ?

    I have the same issue though my scale used to work correctly in connection with my phone up until July. I did not change anything in the App. What can I to fix it back? I tried everything the above comments explain with no result.

    2 solutions I think : 

    Solution 1

    • Delete the scale from your heal mate app / account.
    • Get the Health Mate app with your account on another device where you have never associated the scale.
    • Go though the install of the scale on this device
    • Configure your scale for direct wifi use (no bluetooth)
    • It should be usable again from your device (with your account)

    Solution 2

    • Ask for a change of product, this issue is known from the support team.

     

    Even with a new scale, I add the issue when trying to change the scale configuration, I had to go through Solution 1 to come back to a usable setup.
