    I found an article on their website that explains what to do if your sleep data is not syncing to your account. The link is https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000167488. Hope it works.

    Hi, I have worked out what the problem was here. For some reason our router had decided not to 'see' any 2.4ghz devices. This meant the sleep hadn't been connected to the WiFi so couldn't transfer data. A reboot solved the issue. Luckily it seems 2 nights of data was kept.
