After the latest upgrade, my HR watch is not correctly updating to the app. Yesterday, it stopped recording my steps. I read through all the support offers and have tried everything. The watch still works as a watch. I uninstalled the app and re installed it. I now can't install the watch again as it says "unable to find your Steel HR". I have tried to do a factory reset on the watch but it won't work. I can get to the screen where it says "reset in 5 clicks" but can't do the 5 clicks as the screen just moves on to the date.
I am annoyed as I really enjoy this watch. I bought it in April 2018 so it is not that old.
Can you please advise what I can do to fix this issue.
