Three months of 'use' of a Move ECG watch and a few contacts with Customer Support I have to concede that this is possibly the worst and most unreliable fitness tracking watch.
Firstly I have to commend Customer Services for their support, I cannot fault them at all.
I have Move ECG paired with an iPhone and an iPad, on an irregular basis, because the watch disconnects from my devices on a random basis. In three months I have carried out a factory reset five times, that right five times in three months, unbelievable! Today being one of those occasions and this time I manage to pair the Move ECG with my iPhone, but it will not now pair with the iPad. I follow the instructions each time and it really is pot-luck as what the outcome will be.
I know not to switch off Bluetooth, not to exit the App, but despite best efforts the Move ECG disconnects on an irregular basis, from one or both devices.
My FitBit two years on is still paired with all my devices an never any issue.
I write this to voice frustration at the device and hope if other have similar issues they might add to this post and Withins might then address what is possibly a fault with their systems or software.
