Love Withings products. I own an HR Sport Watch, BPM Connect, Sleep and use the Health App on my phone daily. However Sleep is driving me nuts. Thirty percent of the nightly readings are just wrong when presented within the health app. I also wear my HR Sport while I am sleeping. It calculates my sleep as well. And does a great job. In the health app I can compare the two. Last night my watch recorded 7 hours & 30 minutes of sleep. The Sleep sensor under my mattress recorded 3 hours of sleep. This drives me nuts because my health is very important to me. Sleep is a major factor. I'm trying to develop sleeping habits to regularly sleep 8+ hours a night. I'm almost ready to return your Sleep product for a full refund. Before that I have these questions. Is there a detailed guide on how to Install Sleep including optimal placement techniques under the mattress (by detailed I mean illustrations, step by step installation instructions, measurements from edge of bed, how to test the installation for optimal efficiency, how to troubleshoot issues with Sleep? Etc.) What does the hyper-sensitive setting do, in what circumstances should it be turned on? Why are the Sleep vs HR Sport sleep readings so different? Does your Sleep product get regular software updates? How to I determine what version of software is installed? Finally, what are the best practices for when to restart/reset the Sleep product? BPM Connect is a wonderful product - small, fast and incredibly accurate. HR Sport a genius smartwatch-hybrid. Please help me with your Sleep product. It's inaccuracy has given me pause before I integrate it with IFTTT for example. The questions above are very important to me! I want to buy other Withings products to help manage my health. I'm a Type 2 Diabetic (Dia-Bad-Ass.) Your products make a difference in my life.
