    I found this article https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031652673 from the Withings Help Center and it explains what you need to do if your watch doesn't turn on. I hope this helps.

    Many thanks for the link. I have tried everything there but unfortunately with no success. To make sure that you understand the problem here are some more details:

    The watch works, i can see the time moving and when i press the button it vibrates. But the display is always off as well as i don’t see it on the available Bluetooth devices on my iPhone
