    Have you tried following the steps on this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/218554628 from the Withings Help Center? If you still can't install your scale, you can contact the support team using this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    Hi thesonja, I did not figure out how to solve it in any good way.

    In order for me to get the weight to function on my new WiIFi I had to find the old phone that was connected to the weight, then update the WiFi settings on that phone to use the new WiFi, and then to connect the weight to the WiFi using that phone.

    I was completely unable to get the weight to recognise any new phones or anything like that. 

    None of the tutorials or the messages from the staff at Withings helped either.
