    Based on the article I found from their Help Center, if you receive an error 301, it means that the BPM Connect is not inflating correctly while error 303 means that the Monitor failed to start a measurement. Make sure to follow the guidelines outlined in this article https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024481313 .

    Same problem . Issue not positioning problem .Device turned useless now

    Same here. Feels as if the pressure on the cuff never makes it tight on my arm regardless of how many times I have repositioned, put cuff on from little loose to tight and all variants in between, charged and several resets.

    Having to same error 301 issue, no matter what I try it persists so I've contacted support hopefully they are able to resolve this issue.

    The only resolution was the unit is, for want of a better word, stuffed.

    Support had me jumping through hoops, to come to the conclusion that the unit has a problem and needed to be replaced, BUT there was a big problem, because I live in Australia they don't ship to Australia so unless I have someone that I know that lives in a country that they do ship to I could send the unit to that person and they then could effect a return there was little they would do.

    So, I found the email address of the companies CEO and contacted him and within a short time I received a new machine in the post.

    Problem solved!
