There are other posts about this that are left unanswered, so I'm just going to make a new post here to raise attention.
Every morning I check my calories I've barely gone out of my chair and I've burned 1000+ calories.
The amount I've burned barely goes up when I do high-intensity training.
or long-distance cycling.
occasionally i see a result that is likely to be correct but it sadly undermined and loses credibility because of the confusing daily calorie counts I see.
