    I experienced the same problem logging into the Health Mate Web. You can try accessing your Dashboard using an incognito browser as this step solved my problem. I hope this helps you as well.

    Same issue here as well, very frustrating...  Tried following Zane's suggestion.  Running Windows 10, plus:

    * Chrome browser, normal mode & incognito

    * Firefox, normal & incognito

    * Internet Explorer (*cringe*)

    None of the above work for me.

    ozdemir.mc, are you still stuck?

    To be honest, both the Health Dashboard App and Chrome browser have started working now all of a sudden. 

    I just don't know why it doesn't respond and then decides to work properly at times. 

    Maybe you should try it out again somehow?

    Same problem here with Firefox and Safari. I've tested it with Chromium and Vivaldi (Chromium clone) and it works OK.

    It seems the curse is back. I'm again in that state of a never-ending loop of refreshing. 

    I must have celebrated too early I guess...

    I highly doubt they follow this forum frequently.

    I have been emailing them back and forth for several weeks already and there still is no fix.

    Same problem here; different browsers (incognito mode or not), differenct PCs, same story, it just keeps reloading every 2 seconds or so, no chance to use it.

    Pretty frustrating, hoped for something better but it's actually bad...

    Same problem on a Windows 10 PC.  However, got access via Safari on my IPad mini.  The apps on the IPad and iPhone still work.  Tried incognito mode on the PC using Chrome - no change.  IE didn't even do anything.  Withings Support have been contacted.  Cleared cookies but still no change.

    It's very sad that no one from Withings responding in this thread (almost 1-year issue)

    Infinite reloadings are still actual for me.

    The bigger issue that I should use the web app to fix my BodyCardio (by other instruction from Withings).

    So, now I'm in deadlock - WITHINGS, pls look in it!

    I highly doubt they look at these forums often. 

    But I really think it's a pity.

    They make such useful and insightful technologies in general, only to notice you cannot view from the most basic platform like a web browser.

    I did some tests and turns out the problem in my case was caused by a proxy solution we use for work. Once it's disabled, the portal loads correctly.

    Not sure if this can help, but maybe try to disable all proxies you may have in your network.

    Report  the same issue since months ago.
    I want to reporte the following to helpo others:

    • It seems to work in Incognito / Private. Both: Brave and Microsft Edge. It means, it´ll work on any Chromium based broser (Google Chorme or Opera).

      Procedure:
      1. Find in the Elipsis / Burger menu the New Tab in Private / Incognito.
      2. Open new private / Incognito tab.
      3. Log in normally.

      You´ll be able to login in your account. Sadly, Private / Incognito isnt the best way to keep your session running in an open tab.

    • It seems to work too, after delete the Cookies of the site. Both: Edge and Brave, and of course, It´ll work on Chorme and Chromium browsers. 

    • Procedure:
      1. Richt Click on the gren lock in the browser serach bar. That lock is for SSL security, which almost every site has these days.
      2. Choose  Cookies.
      3.  You´ll see Withings.com / account.withings.com / healthmate.withings.com cookies.
      4. Press Delete / Remove until you see no of mentioned adresses in the window.
      5. Close the Pop Up window and log in normally. 

      You´ll be able to log in normally, and have your session running and just let the tab opened for tomorrow or later check.

      Hope this helps some folks here.

    for mac / safari (which has the same problem);

    go to preferences (from within Safari)

    Privacy

    Manage Website Data

    it may take a min or so to load, then search/filter by "with" to find the withings cookie data

    select & delete

     

    You'll then be able to log in fine to the Heathdashboard

    Problem still persists, after more than a year, not a word from Withings. Will make sure to mention it in my product reviews and ratings.

    This is the same exact comment they provided me too. It is probably the least constructive response you could ever receive. I have done exactly what they have stated. They will probably ask you to try with another computer maybe. In all cases, I have had the same exact issue. 

    I just cannot believe that still after a year they have done nothing about this. It's a pity. 

    Good luck spending your precious time trying to solve what they should have been doing so long ago :) 

    Even though the style and feel of this product are great, I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone else. I am already considering purchasing a 'proper' product that can actually meet the most essential goals.

    I agree ozdemir, they should have solved this long ago. I was considering a Withings Steel, but I just received a Fitbit Charge 4, which I ordered instead, and I am extremely happy. Deciding between the Fitbit Aria 2 (20% cheaper than Withings) or the Xiaomi (ONE THIRD of the price of Withings) to replace my Withings scale. In the meantime, lets see how long it takes them to NOT solve the problem. I use Google Fit to consolidate all my meadurements, and FitBit was very poor with that, and that was why I originally got Withings. However, its changing very fast, and I just LOVE the way the Fitbit Charge 4 integrates with Googe Assistant and my Google Home gives me my sleep status every morning !!!!
