The FB community page was full of complaints and they have now changed it into "Withings Activity Mates — Motivation & Challenges" where public posts need to be approved before posting. I see there is still a French speaking page "Communauté Withings" but not so far reaching as the English one. I'm thinking whether they're trying to minimise the many many requests for support and complaints about their watches. I myself bought 3 of them and had issues with each and every one of them. At present I have a "Looking forward to your response." in their email but I guess they're not so looking forward as their replies always take ages, are often ineffective, and sometimes don't arrive at all.
