    I have the same issue! I can't connect to the app either, it just says connectivity issues.

    Same here. I re-installed the app to see if it could fix the issue with Strava, and now I can't even login into the app. Support won't help us.

    Same here.   Just spins and eventually says it cannot connect to the app.   It is definitely connected to the phone via Bluetooth.   It just won't connect to the app

    Same here reinstalled it 3xs I have a older version of Samsung but it's a 5.0 and the app says 5.0 and newer so it should work!

    Perhaps this will help you: When this fault occurs with my devices I close my Mobil, wait a moment and start it again. Afterwards HR steel and Mobil (iPhone 11 Pro) connect again.
