Option to use kilo Joules (kJ), which is the SI and ISO metric standard, instead of the old and obsolete kilo Calories (kCal).

kCal is clearly a global standard, and whilst desperately inaccurate is well supported, and embedded in everything from food packets, to gym machines.
That said, it would be helpful to see the information in kJ but unfortunately it would most likely be a conversion from an inaccurate measure in the first place.
