    I got this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011287413 from the Withings Help Center. This article will help you if your Pulse HR doesn't sync with the Health Mate app. I hope this helps.

    You can try to Force-quit the Health Mate app and relaunch it. Open the Health Mate app so that the Pulse HR can sync. It worked for me.

    My watch is 175-250 behind my count......It does what it wants
