Seriously... your customer service sucks!
I am (was) a big fan of your products, buying several of them (you can check my history) and finally I got to a defective Steel HR.
I explained in every possible way that something is wrong with the product and it doesn't connect to any phone and your CS keeps pasting me standard answers what to try to do.
Seriously disappointed. Still hoping I can get my refund for the faulty product I got.
