Could the daily activity dial measure the activity based on the American Heart Association Recommendations over a week?
The daily walking Log is not relevant if you're already doing some exercises.
You could select the day of the week you want to start the period and the level of activity with a minimum of 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity (or a combination of both). You could increase the level with an increment of 10 minutes.
If you want to go more sofisticated you can build a smarter indicator taking into account the type of activity, how it is spread throughout the week, the sleep.
