    A reading of 68/50 mmHg is classified as Optimal according to the EU Blood Pressure Classification. Generally, low blood pressure (hypotension) isn't considered a health risk unless accompanied by symptoms such as blurred vision, nausea, dehydration, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, or drowsiness.
