Scale does not recognize child

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear that your Body Scan is having trouble recognizing your child and mixing up the data. I appreciate the detailed information you’ve shared; it’s very helpful.

There are a few factors that can impact how the scale records measurements. May I ask how old your child is and what his current weight is? If he weighs more than 33 lbs (15 kg), he should be able to use the scale independently. If he falls within the range of 2.5 to 15 kg, we recommend using the Baby Mode feature.

Please make sure to delete any incorrect readings that have synced to your wife's accounts so that the scale can properly recognize your son next time. I also suggest manually adding his updated weight readings in the app about 3-4 times and then weighing himself again.
