First of all, thank you for continuously improving the ScanWatch 2 and Health Mate experience – I really enjoy using your products.
I would like to request an improvement regarding Apple Health integration. Currently, some of the advanced metrics measured by ScanWatch 2 are only visible inside Health Mate, but not fully exported to Apple Health. This creates a gap for users who rely on Apple Health as their central hub.
In particular:
-
Wrist Temperature: It would be very valuable if the wrist temperature variation data could be mapped to Apple Health’s body temperature fields.
-
Respiratory Rate: ScanWatch 2 measures this during sleep, but it is not sent to Apple Health. Apple Health already has a respiratory rate category, and it would be fantastic if this data could be exported there.
Adding support for these metrics would make Withings devices much more powerful for people who use Apple Health as their main data aggregator, and it would align Withings with what Apple Watch already exports.
Thank you for considering this feature request – I believe many users would appreciate the ability to see their wrist temperature, and respiratory rate directly inside Apple Health.
