Body Scan handle cable not retracting

I purchased my Body Scan in January 2025, and since 3 - 4 months the handle cable does not retract anymore into the scale body. What can I do about that?

    I hope you're doing well. I'm sorry to hear that the handle of your Body Scan is no longer retracting. I appreciate the information you shared. To help isolate the issue, could you please try the following:

     

    • Make sure the handle is oriented correctly and the cord isn’t twisted. The “L” on the handle should be on the left side of the scale, and the “R” on the right.

    • Fully extend the cord to check if it retracts properly afterward.

    I have the same problem and I hope it will get resolved! I asked for support but there hasn't been any reply yet.

    • My handles don't respond at all, I do everything according to the manual, customer support doesn't respond... I'm not satisfied. The scale only weighs the weight, like any other scale for 5 euros...
