Since I we got out Iphone 17pro, the Body+ is expensive trash. After I deleted the scale from the App, I did a factory reset, charged the batteries to 100%. When I now start the App, press the button for 3sec, the "Setup 1/4" screen shows. It even pops up on the App. After I start the setup, it EVERYTIME fails with the following error:

Workaround: Please use another phone to install the Withings app, connect to your Body+, and update the device's software. Once updated, your primary phone should connect smoothly.

I tried to chat with customer support but after I had to wait for an hour and the number of cases in front of my line did not change, I gave up.
I had to use my old Iphone 15 to set it up again which worked. So if I sell them, the scale is trash.
What a horrible experience.
