Body Cardio stuck on “Setup” after factory reset

Hello, I have a Withings Body Cardio scale that remains stuck on the “Setup” screen after performing a factory reset. No Bluetooth or Wi-Fi icon appears, and the Health Mate app (iOS) cannot detect the device during setup. I have already tried: • repeating the factory reset (holding the button for 8–10 seconds), • connecting the scale via USB to ensure it is charged, • restarting and reinstalling the Health Mate app, • testing with another iPhone. Despite all this, the scale stays frozen on “Setup.” Could you please provide a firmware recovery procedure or a PC diagnostic tool to unlock the device? Thank you for your help. Best regards, GP
