Can't update my profile

App is entirely busted and they clearly don't seem to be in any rush to fix it

I logged onto the website from the link in Marcel L message. Force closed the app, Changed my name on that website, restarted the app, and it works. So annoying.

I'm having this problem as well.  I can't even figure out how to update my profile on the website.  It seems like the app wants to know my country and state and that's not information that the website is capturing.  When I enter it in on the app, I get the "Please try again" error.  Nothing seems to work!

also having this problem in the UK - profile on the app looks fine, hit next, it says 'please try again', the top right hand corner of the app there is a worker that's 'spinning' constantly like it can't reach what it wants/needs to.

I've updated my profile in the website without the app, the app still tells me to update my info, however, the information the app loads is not the same as the updates I've made to the profile on the web, again suggesting it can't talk to the end point it needs to, to either be able to confirm the profile is update, or pull down the current information (I should see the updates I've made through the web interface on the app, but I don't)

this is very poor experience and has now crippled the app. 1 star review on the app incoming

Is this problem ever going to be fixed. I am also stuck and cannot set up my scales with the app.

Hopefully this helps someone else. I had to end up, very quickly, taping the 'log out' in the apple authenticate that came up at the bottom of the app right before it went to the profile update screen and then click the red ok button quickly as well. Took a few attempts to be fast enough and click in the right spot quickly but that did it for me. I then logged back in and everything was fine... good luck everyone!
