    Hello @Brian K,

Thank you for your post. I understand that it is highly frustrating when a large volume of incorrect historical data, such as your wife's weigh-ins, is assigned to your profile, and deleting it one-by-one would be a massive chore. Regrettably, based on the current design of the Withings app and Web Dashboard, there is no official built-in feature that allows for a "batch delete" or "bulk selection and deletion" of measurements (like weigh-ins) at once.

However, since a factory reset of the scale is unnecessary for deleting data already synced to your profile, and you want to avoid manually deleting years of records, below are the most practical option available to you, focusing on the data already in your profile:

    Manual deletion (Web Dashboard)

While not a "batch delete," using the Withings Web Dashboard is often faster and less cumbersome than using the mobile app for removing many entries:

    1. Access the Web Dashboard: Log into your Withings account via a web browser (not the app).

    2. Navigate to the data: Click on the weight measurement widget.

    3. Delete measurements:

      • Click on the specific measurement you want to delete to open the Details menu.

      • Click the three dots or the trash bin icon in the top right corner of the Details menu to delete the single measurement.

While this is still a one-by-one process, doing it on a desktop browser generally allows for quicker navigation through the timeline.

    Preventing future misassignment

To ensure this does not happen again and that your wife's future weigh-ins are automatically routed correctly:

    1. Create a profile for her: Ensure your wife has her own user profile linked to your scale in the Withings app (even if she doesn't use the app herself, the scale needs a destination for her data).

    2. Set up recognition: Once her profile is set up, the scale will use the difference in weight to recognize who is stepping on it. If your weights are too similar (within 5kg/11lbs), the scale may prompt you to lean left or right to select the correct user for that specific weigh-in.
