    Hello @Dina,

Thank you for reaching out with this excellent and detailed suggestion. While the feature you are requesting—an automatically generated, well-structured Excel spreadsheet with built-in conclusions and improvement notes—is not currently available, Withings does offer a way to get all of your raw data into a format that can be used in a spreadsheet program like Excel.

You can download your entire health history as a compressed archive of CSV (Comma Separated Values) files. A CSV file is a plain text file that can be easily opened and organized into columns and rows in Excel or Google Sheets.

    How to Export Your Data:

    1. Open the Withings App.

    2. Go to your Profile (usually the top-left or bottom-right icon, depending on your device).

    3. Tap on the Settings icon (usually a gear icon in the top-right).

    4. Select Export All Health Data (or similar wording like "Download my data").

    5. Follow the prompts to select your user profile and Start my archive.

You will receive an email with a link to download a ZIP file containing all your data shortly afterward.

    • What you get: This ZIP file contains numerous CSV files (e.g., weight.csv, activity.csv, sleep.csv, etc.). These files contain all the raw data points (date, time, value) from all your devices.

    • What it lacks: You will not find an automated conclusion, results, or improvement notes. The data is raw and will require manual effort in Excel to organize, calculate trends, and format for printing.

Your request for an automated, detailed, and device-specific spreadsheet with analysis is a fantastic suggestion, and I will ensure these details are submitted to the relevant Product Development team as a high-value customer feature request.
