I have the same issue with samsung s25 ultra . From what I can tell is the crash is due to lost connection from blue tooth i have done a full reset . Disconnected bluetooth and reconnect.uninstalled the withings app and reinstalled. I have sent screen recording into customer service. But since the last app update i started to have this issue. SORRY this doesnt help but it is not just a single incident.

I am having the same issues since the latest update and also have the Galaxy S25 Ultra...hope they figure it out quickly!!!

Constant crashes of app on Android 16, it is not phone model related, use OnePlus. It's a badly written app that should send logs of problems directly to support. Just fix it as everybody else does and stop asking for screenshots, it is more than stupid.

Same issue on iOS. Can’t open the device page which basically makes the device and the app useless.
Have forced closed, restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled app with no luck so it’s not a device thing, it’s a witherings bug. Unfortunately it makes their products useless and dumb.

I’m having the same issue as Josh. Just moved house and need to pair my decides to new network. On iOS can’t get to devices page and tried all the same steps as Josh. Very poor form for Withings to release updates that completely trash their products.

I am having all of the same problems as listed here and frankly, Withings, it is ridiculous.
I have been a loyal customer of the watches and scales for years and I am so close to throwing it all away due to this stupid, useless app! It was so much better before the update!
PLEASE fix this!

I'm also having this issue, as well as the watch has stopped buzzing for notifications and steps aren't syncing correctly with health connect. So frustrating because I love the watch and app when they work appropriately

The problem is still not solved and the users are left with useless products and no compensation.
Not even an apology email are sent to the users.
I don't get why this update was released without being tested and why the app doesn't send back error-data to the developers.
I was happy for my Withings devices ... Now I'm just angry and frustrated - feeling I lost a lot of money at something completely useless...

Withings do nothing. Excellent hardware, crappy app. I guess this was my last Withing product.

Same here - tested on 2 Samsung devices (tried connecting to Withings Scanwatch).
App crashing after choosing profile (after clicking on a button install app) 1 step after connecting via Bluetooth

Same problem. After selecting the user profile, a software update window for the watch briefly appears. Then the application freezes, and ultimately the watch remains disconnected. The application always freezes at the same moment. I can see that this issue has been going on for several months, and Withings either cannot or does not want to resolve it. This will be my last product from this company. If I only wanted a watch to tell the time, I would have bought one at a market for a few euros instead of paying this much.

Niestety aplikacja nie działa na Android 16 v. one UI 8.0. Nie pomaga odinstalowanie i ponowne zainstalowanie. Na krótko widzę ekran początkowy, a potem znów nie wyświetlają się zadne elementy. :( I tak od kilku dni.
Ostatnia udana synchronizacja to 30.03.2026. :( Mam ScanWatch2.
