Sleep Tracking Inaccurate

Hello @Wolfgang N,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I completely understand your frustration—it’s discouraging when a premium device like the ScanWatch 2 doesn’t seem to match the results of trackers you’ve used for years, especially after you've tried all the standard advice.
Since you've tried the usual advice, I recommend one last check: The "Two-Finger" Rule. Ensure the watch is worn about two finger-widths above your wrist bone and is snug enough that it doesn't slide when you shake your arm. Using the silicone sport band at night is also highly recommended, as it maintains a more consistent grip than metal or leather during movement.
If you are still seeing "Physiologically Impossible" results (such as 0 minutes of Deep sleep over a full week), it may indicate a calibration error with your specific sensor. Please reach out to Withings Customer Support via chat here. They can review your specific sleep graphs to see if your watch is failing to record the HRV data necessary for the algorithm to "trigger" a Deep sleep phase.
Regards,
Win, Withings Customer Service
