My web account will synchronize my heat rate from the health mate app, and has been synchronizing my steps for months.. However, for some reason , about two weeks ago my steps stopped synchronizing?

Same here. The link between the phone app and the web client seems broken again (it happens all to often). Mine has not synced since 10 June. Likewise the link to Strava has been broken since then too. I have come to accept that Withings produce good physical products, let down by unreliable software.

All my issues resolved as of today and for the time being.
So, we know it CAN work but it seems to be a bit unreliable.
Previously I did the following but do not know whether any or all of it was responsible for fixing the syncing issue (Samsung Galaxy S8):
Unlingk MFP and HM
delete the cache of both apps on the phone (any app data not yet synced to the cloud will be lost!)
uninstalling both apps
restarting the phone
rinstalling both apps
linking MFP to HM out of HM
syngcing was still patch, so...
I complained ot the support team though the support site
Today it works in real time. Mayhave been the support team fixing something, but I have not received any actual response from them yet.
