    I’m sorry that your sleep data is not syncing between Health Mate and Apple Health. Please know that our development team is working on this. A fix is planned with version 5.6 of Health Mate. I don’t have a release date yet, but we will keep you informed on the Forum once it’s available.

    Thank you for posting about this issue. I’ve been presenting the exact same problem for some time now and I’ve been meaning to post about it. And appreciate that Whitings is already working on a fix to be released with version 5.6. Hopefully that will happen soon.

    I am facing te same problem as netoak. It is quite anoying. I would really appreciate a quick fix of the issue.

    I wait one week, but I'm using 5.6 version, in fact 5.6.1 version and the issues are still present.

    Perhaps now the flow is not a first sync that's correct, and the the following sync remove some entrances in Apple Health log, now the flow is that there's fewer update but the first one was never correct, neither the following updates

    I've had the same problem for a year. I also have version 5.6.1 installed on an iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 15. I have even restored the factory phone and the problem continues

    We are in version 5.8.3 and the issue is not fixed yet. Are there any solutions or workarounds from the customer support team? This issue is very annoying. I have to enter those pieces of missing data manually to Health every day.

    Do you even care about this error? I can't use Sleep Analyzer because it's completely useless to me without proper sync with Apple Health. This bug has been "fixed" for a year now. Developers, what's going on?

    I have found this error for more than a year, but tonight I suddenly realised why there is this bug. I think your friends in the forum should pay attention to whether the deleted data is before the second sobering period during your sleep. If you are not awake during sleep, only before going to bed and when you wake up, then the synchronised data is correct. I don't know if you can understand that. If you don't understand, please reply to me and forgive me for my bad English.

    I am sure that they just do not care and no one will understand this. The device is garbage. Too bad I bought this as I can't return it.
