Hi - Please address this. I've raised this issue before and the response has been for me to make sure everything is up to date and latest version. It is all up to date, the Health Mate app, my HR Sport, my iPhone IOS, etc. This synchronization to the cloud has been an issue for a while... it has not always been. When I look at the app on my phone, it first shows "Synchronizing..." This always goes very quickly, but then the app goes into "Loading..." and this is where things get "stuck". Not all the time, but most of the time. I am assuming this is when the app is trying to upload/synch with the cloud. Please fix this so it is reliable, and quick, like it used to be.

i also have this problem.
Health Mate app is not only slow to uodate, but even eventually (like at the end of the day) it does not reflect the number of steps that is in the apple Health app.
all my other apps - when i instruct them to get their step measurements from the iPhone itself or from apple Health app - does this really quickly and accurately - so all steps are the same across apps.
only withings Health Mate app is always late to update, and is useless to use while on a walk . and Heatlh Mate app does not record all the data available to it from the Health app.
Health Mate app ignores/misses about 1.5% to 1.75% of my daily steps.
Either it is fixed soon, or I need to migrate to a different platform.
There is nothing more discouraging than to think the withings Health Mate app will record 10,000 steps - eventually - but then it ends up recording only 9,850 ! very discouraging. not motivating at all.

Since a few days, my phone (ONE PLUS 8T) disconnects the health mate app and therefore my watch no longer receives notifications.Previously the app was always active (maybe in back ground) but now after some time it inexplicably turns off. devo riaprire la app in continuazione (circa 10 volte al giorno)
This is a big problem: how can I solve it? -
Sync issues all over...My app data is also not properly synced to the cloud and the cloud site is not pulling data from myfitnesspal either.
Seriously...we need nutrition and fintess data synced real time to keep seeing results and stay motivated instead of spending hours figesting with our phones to try and force sync the app!!!

I had similar issues. Now and for the time being my calory intake recorded in MFP is syncing real time to HM as it should.
So, we know it CAN work but it seems to be a bit unreliable.
Previously I did the following but do not know whether any or all of it was responsible for fixing the syncing issue (Samsung Galaxy S8):
Unlingk MFP and HM
delete the cache of both apps on the phone (any app data not yet synced to the cloud will be lost!)
uninstalling both apps
restarting the phone
rinstalling both apps
linking MFP to HM out of HM
syngcing was still patch, so...
I complained ot the support team though the support site
Today it works in real time. Mayhave been the support team fixing something, but I have not received any actual response from them yet.
