Exporting/downloading the data from HealthMate is not working for all of the multiple users of our account since at least 3 weeks. When requesting data export via HealthMate, receiving the link per Mail, and clicking and being redirected to the log-in, I click on "export m data" but always get the error message "Internal error. Please try again".
I tried again several times - with different browsers, normal or private Tabs, different Laptops and Operating Systems (Mac, Windows), different times and with different users and requesting the export of the App (tablet) or online Dashboard. By chance, I remarqued this issue before (some months ago) but it worked again at some stage (I do not now in what timespan though). However, it's almost a month and I need the data for a project analysis.
Anyone an idea? I also contacted the support - but the specialised team I was referred to did not recontacted me. I would really appreciate some advice as I need the data!
