I also have had the cover come off. I wasn't aware until I went to charge. I dont want to use it until it is replaced. Not having much luck with contacting withings

Mine too! I just took it off to charge it and the back flapped loose. I think the glue that's used for the seal has failed. I've raised a support ticket - I think my watch is just about a year old.

I’m experiencing the same problem with my ScanWatch too - seems it may be a common problem. Such a shame for what is otherwise an amazing little device. I’m just about to contact support - wish me luck!

Withings were good enough to replace my watch at the time, but 8 months later, the same thing has happened. Not sure if it's worth the effort to contact support again. Shame - it's a nice watch.

And another - same thing here. ScanWatch Back cover is loose (watch still working). What to do?

How is it mounted - glue or pressed into case?

Thanks zafislam9 - I guess a ticket is opened by sending a mail to product support. Done, now just waiting for a response

To all, just contact Withings Customer Services (open a ticket) and they will support you. The issue may have to do with warm/hot battery pressing on the back cover - I will be careful in the future on not charging the watch for too long (my cover came off after charging from less than 10% and leaving it charging for several hours)

I have the same problem after wearing the watch for about six to eight months. Apart from that, the watch was functioning perfectly. As it was then still covered by the one year warranty, I was given a brand new watch as a replacement. After another few months, same thing happened. Quite disappointing. The warranty period is now over. Hope they will somehow fix it. I think it is a technical design issue Withings has to seriously address. Withing, please reply.
