Unable to receive exported data CSV - no email generated

    I also was unable to get my data and did not receive a response with 3 tries. They should get out of the business and refund people if you can't get your data. Ridiculous.

    It is now a week later and this time when I tried it, it worked. 

    Everything looked exactly the same as last time, but this time the email showed up and I was able to download the file. 

    I am happy that it was fixed but am still baffled by the way Withings handled this. I was NOT notified by support that "your issue has been fixed" or anything like that. 

    It reminds me of a Windows haiku I saw at  Yesterday it worked.
    Today it is not working.
    Windows is like that.

    Just replace the word "Windows" with "HealthMate"

    What I would like, and think used to exist, is to have the CSV data include the "comments" that I add under the BP readings, like the dosing of my blood pressure medications. I am on a trial of two drug therapy by my physician, and to be able to note for each entry what meds were taken and the mg taken. I can manually go back and enter that for each and every entry, but having done it once already in the app, typing it in on the spreadsheet seems very 1980s.
