I have never liked the convoluted method required to get my data from HealthMate. Why does it take many minutes to "generate the archive" when the data is available immediately to plot?
What happens if the email with the download link for the CSV is not generated? Well, sure enough, that is what happened. I tried both the phone app and the website, and both said "check your email" as if it was going to work. But no friggin' email arrived in either case.
I created an issue with Support and was told this: "I apologize for the inconvenience, this feature has been removed. Our development team is working to re-add this feature soon, but at present, we do not have an estimated time when is this feature going to be added again. "
