First off let me preface this by saying taking 2 years to fix a connectivity error is abysmal at best.
I just purchased a new watch (steel HR) and went to start the setup. At first i was able to create the account and connect it to my google account etc, however when i bought the watch and attempted to install it i was met with a ton of issues. Following the issues i reset the app however uppon login im now seeing connectivity issues. A quick trouble shoot and reddit shows that THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR TWO YEARS. This watch and your support (reached out on facebook and was told to buy an apple device) is unacceptable for the 250 dollar price tag. I'll be taking it back to the store tomorrow and will not be purchasing another PoS from withings or Nokia
