    Also, if you have an iPhone, make sure that no MAC address filter is enabled on your router. If that is the case, you need to manually add the MAC address of your scale to the MAC address filter of your router (if you need help with this, you can refer to the support section of the router manufacturer's website or the manual of your router).

     

    To find the MAC address of your Body Cardio, please press and hold the button on the right side of the scale for 8 seconds and then release it. A menu will appear and the MAC address will be displayed right after.
