Same here. 3 units deep. All the same problem! So annoying and it’s been happening for years if you dig through the forums.

They are expensive here in Aus and i just want a reliable, accurate machine!

The Australian Heart Foundation article on blood pressure monitoring links to a resource that states:

"The Heart Foundation does not endorse or recommend a particular blood pressure monitor. You can find a list of validated devices on the British Hypertension Society website https://bihsoc.org/bp-monitors/"

As at 11/11/2021, Withings products were not listed here.

I believe Withings should approach the British Hypertension Society and seek to have their devices assessed and approved to give UK and Australian customers confidence to purchase a Withings BP Monitor.

Closest equivalent I have found is QardioArm which syncs data to Apple Health which could then pass on data to Health Mate which seems to have a better user experience than OMRON connect or the Qardio app

I agree with the above. However, what concerns me is that Withings Product Managers may well (should have) applied to have this product certified before it was launched. It may well have been but did not gain approval!  If it was approved they would have splashed that information all over the product literature!

It seems that the only thing going for the Withings offering is the USB battery charging! However the management/production team should now be thinking of changing this port to the industry newly recomended standard - USB Type C.
