    Hi @alan,

     

    Thank you for posting. We have released Health Mate 5.6 today. Once it’s available on your Play Store, could you please download it? Once you have done so, you should be able to connect to your Health Mate account again.

    I'm encountering the same issue, but with the latest version of the android app.  I have tried using UN/PW and google auth on the android app, but I still get the error.  Please help.

    Same issue.  Username and password is correct, gets to the point of your app will be ready in a minute, then oops theres a connectivity issue.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app - I'm on the Android platform.  Still no go.  What is the fix?

    Net-Net, if you have this issue and have an android device, there isn't a fix.  Workaround is to connect to an iOS device.  Since I don't have an apple device, I'm returning the BPM Connect
