Hello, it's been a couple of days I've had my steel hr and I'm pretty disappointed so far.
Basically the watch believes that I'm asleep whenever I'm laying down, and that's all it does. Sometimes even when I'm sitting.
Last night I went to bed at around 1.20 and woke up to my alarm at around 9.20. At that point, I even pushed the button on my watch to check the time and to let it know that I was awake. Lately, I sometimes stay in bed longer, maybe using my tablet (yeah, i know, bad habit). So I got up around 1 hour later (10.30).
Later in the morning I found out that the watch thought I was asleep from 0.40 to 10.45. That is so off that at this point is completely useless. I mean... I even pressed the button on the watch. Doesn't it know that I have to be awake to do that? EVEN if we would consider the time I spent in bed as light sleep, it didn't even register any brief wake moment in the morning when I actually woke up.
Now, I've tried several smart watches and I know some of them can be pretty off on sleeping. But it still amazes me how anyone can claim that your device does sleep tracking and then be so much wrong about it.
I've had this for just a couple of days now. Has really any of you been using this for years and be happy with the trackings?
