The new color scheme for the sleep makes it incredibly difficult to tell the difference between LIGHT and REM sleep. The colors are nearly identical on my Pixel 3 (dark mode). The previous version of the app had shades of Blue that were far more distinct. Please consider changing back or making the shades more distinct in ta future update.

HM 5.6 The UI has been updated along with a new font and it's easyer to read an more clear. The colour for hear rate zones are all in blue shades,
Would have liked the the peak to be in red or orange.
They have changed other elements on different area's like the step count. Now when you go over your step goal the rest is in green . It makes better sense now with this new UI. There's mention off bug fixes I like the profile page as well it's had a face lift, Still missing blood group, and there's no place to add waste measurements. Thanks for the update Armelle.👍 -
The Sleep Heart Rate Night Graph should also be updated to the new UI Dark blue shade. To unifi the design language to complement the HM 5.6. Armelle can you get Withing s design team to add this for the next update.Under oxygen saturation the 90 / 95 % should be in a different colour to identify the different groups .Also to show Max Heart Rate in the Sleep graph this is missing hopefully it will be in HM 5.6.1. ⭐
Regards.

This update made a change to the graph display for weight and body composition, so that the data point lines and average lines are both the same blue color. This means that where there are a lot of data points shown, the average trace is completely obscured!
Can we please go back to the old color scheme so we can distinguish the two traces?Or at least make the data point and average trace lines different colors. But I think the old one was fine :)

Hello,
Thank you all for your feedback on Health Mate 5.6. This has been shared to our development teams.
@danthomas884 and @davidavarley: I’m sorry that you haven’t gotten any data in the app since the last update. We are currently working on this, a fix should come in the following days. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, don’t log out. Also, if you have a device from us, please do not uninstall it in order to not lose your data.
Have a nice day,

Hi Armelle,
The Health Mate app is closing immediately after reaching 70%sync with my watch. I tried to turn off the bluetooth and I could use the app for couple of seconds then the app closes again. After that it closing like it happened for the sync. I am on iOS. 14.7.1. Any idea? This is after the last update.

Hello,
@alex.farca: I am sorry that Health Mate keeps closing with the most recent app version. We have released a new version, 5.6.1, that should fix this. Please update the app in the App Store and do not hesitate to let me know if you are able to open Health Mate after doing so.
@zafislam9: Thank you for your feedback. I have shared this with developers.
Thank you so much for your patience,

hi, since the 5.6 update when I go to log my weight in the morning, it no longer brings forward the value from yesterday as the default for me to overkey. I'm 11st 2lb and it used to show that to make it easy to overkey if it had changed. Now it shows 10st 3.5lb (I wish!!!) - can this be fixed please?

Thanks Cory for update, the Sleep data is fine after a full charge.i thinks it's because it was @ 20% battery that night. And about the beta program if Whiting are running one on the HM app there's no mention by any one on the forum. Which is weird this would have been very interesting to see what changes we're made to improve the app and fixes in place.

The lockup/crash/restart problems have come back for me running 5.6.1.
Weight works ok, but when I switch to Body Composition or BMI it freezes, then very briefly shows an "App has stopped, Report/Wait" dialog before restarting at the opening page
I've managed to catch the "Report" and submit, once for Body Composition once for BMI, so if reporting works your devs should have some useful diagnostic info to debug this problem.
I used to use the app every morning at breakfast to monitor my weight, and it really helped, however since the flakey 5.6 update and the unreadable blue-on-blue graphs I have only been looking occasionally, and my weight has started creeping up :(
How can I roll back the app to a pre-5.6 version?
For me that worked really well, and there was nothing new for me in 5.6, only woe! (I just use the body composition scales and blood-pressure, the ECG version wasn't available when I bought.)
And an additional question, is there a way to link body composition into Garmin Connect?
Thanks,
David
