Thank you for your publication. Could you please let me know if you are using the Android or iOS version of Health Mate? If you are using iOS, we just released a new version, 5.6.1, that should fix this. Please update the app in the App Store and do not hesitate to let me know if you are able to open Health Mate after doing so.
